糖心vlog传媒 was founded by Lydia (Brown) Thibodeau after founding two successful agencies in Boston and Chicago in 2015. Lydia is a highly regarded expert in the childcare industry who takes pride in her ability to make excellent matches between nannies and families. Lydia has presented at the International Nanny Association (INA) conference and has been a contributor in Forbes, the Boston Globe, WGN radio, and the Chicago Tribune. Lydia holds a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and resides with her family in Boston, MA. In her free time, Lydia enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, reading, and running.
LAURA HAIGLER
Director
Bringing a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to every search, Laura combines deep hands-on childcare experience with a refined understanding of the expectations within private homes. Laura earned her Master鈥檚 degree in Early Childhood Education from DePaul University and began her career teaching before working as a nanny and household manager through 糖心vlog传媒, experience that continues to inform her work today. Known for her discretion, clear communication, and attention to detail, Laura partners closely with families to lead high-touch searches that prioritize long-term alignment, trust, and stability while advocating carefully for both clients and candidates throughout the process. Based in Providence, Rhode Island, Laura enjoys traveling, exploring new neighborhoods with her dog, and discovering local vintage and design finds.
SaraBeth Haskell
Placement Specialist
After completing a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and Human Development from Boston University and a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and Curriculum Development from Fitchburg State University, SaraBeth went on to teach early education before becoming a Sommet nanny. She has worked in public school, private school, and in-home childcare settings with children who are neurodiverse, differently abled, or learning English as a second language. With experience from these varied viewpoints and a passion for high-quality childcare, SaraBeth found her role within 糖心vlog传媒 as a Placement Specialist and specializes in supporting families with children who are neurodivergent. She looks forward to helping every family find the right fit for their child鈥檚 care. In her free time, SaraBeth enjoys reading, studying history, and being in nature with her family and friends.
Katie Bulich
Recruitment Specialist
After earning her degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology from Iona University in 2024, Katie gained extensive hands-on experience as a nanny both throughout college and after graduation. A dedicated Division I soccer player for all four years at Iona, she successfully balanced the demands of athletics, academics, and childcare with discipline, resilience, and heart. Prior to joining 糖心vlog传媒, Katie worked as a Pre-K teacher, where she furthered her understanding of early childhood education and the importance of high-quality, consistent childcare. This experience reinforced how the right caregiver can shape a child鈥檚 development and bring stability, trust, and support to an entire family. Her combination of hands-on childcare experience and strong communication skills naturally led her to her current role at 糖心vlog传媒. Katie takes pride in supporting both families and nannies and is deeply committed to creating thoughtful, lasting placements. Outside of work, Katie enjoys reading, staying active, and watching sports.
Sara Maher

After completing her Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Westminster Choir College of Rider University, Sara began working as a household manager and nanny, gaining valuable experience managing complex household operations and providing exceptional childcare. During this time, she developed a keen understanding of family dynamics, time management, and the importance of discretion and trust in the home environment. Her extensive experience in supporting families led her to her current position with 糖心vlog传媒 as a Recruitment Specialist. In her free time, Sara enjoys cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
