WHAT WE DO

At ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½, we believe that a nanny should be more than just a childcare provider. The best nannies seek to foster your child’s development in all aspects of life—socially, emotionally, and intellectually—serving as mentors and role models who will inspire your children to reach their full potential.

We recruit dedicated, loving, professional, college-educated nannies who will share their expertise with your children—from helping with reading homework, to learning French, to practicing the cello. Our nannies’ diverse skill sets are carefully matched to meet each family’s individual needs with the intention of forming a lasting, meaningful relationship.

*Please note that only full-time searches of 30 hours per week or more can be accepted. We do not offer babysitting services, part-time placements, or temporary placements.

  • "Throughout the search process Lydia was extremely communicative and diligent, providing regular status updates and efficient follow up to any conversations we had with candidates. All of the candidates that Lydia recommended for interviews were excellent, and we could tell that she carefully considered the criteria that we discussed."

    Lauren W., Chicago, IL

  • "My husband and I could not be happier with our nanny. She is wonderful and a tremendous help to our family. Our son lights up when she arrives in the morning, and she is clearly invested in his happiness and development."

    Katie G., Milton, MA

  • "When we began our childcare search I found it to be extremely stressful; however, my first conversation with Lydia put my mind at ease. She clearly demonstrated industry knowledge, and she took a thoughtful, detailed inventory of the qualities that my partner and I were looking for in a nanny."

    Ingrid G., Winchester, MA

  • "I do not have a single negative thing to say about this organization. Lydia is thoughtful, communicative, candid, and most importantly - an incredible judge of character. She completely understood our family's needs and placed the perfect nanny."

    Scott W., Boston

  • "We were nervous about finding a nanny and we could not find anyone we liked on our own. Lydia and her team were super helpful and worked with us to find the perfect fit for our family."
