Compensation: $35/hour+ based on experience

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Option to extend to 5 days/week if desired)

Household Dynamic:

This loving family in Arlington is seeking an experienced, reliable housekeeper to care for their 5,000 sq ft home. The family places a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean, organized, and peaceful environment. There are no childcare or cooking duties—this role is fully focused on household cleaning and laundry.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys creating order, and is comfortable managing their day independently while maintaining high standards. The family values consistency, clear communication, and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate:

The right fit will be honest, efficient, and detail-oriented, with a calm and steady presence. You should have strong housekeeping experience, excellent references, and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the home.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily home cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and bathrooms

• Laundry for the household (wash, dry, fold, organize)

• Changing and refreshing bed linens

• Deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces and appliances

• Keeping the home organized, tidy, and well-maintained

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional housekeeping experience in a private home

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Excellent references

• Strong attention to detail and efficiency

• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable

• Discreet and professional demeanor
