A warm and intentional family in Old Bethpage, NY is seeking a thoughtful, experienced, and
highly trustworthy full-time nanny with a background in early childhood education to join their
growing household. With two young children—and a newborn on the way—this role is
ideal for a nanny who thrives in a collaborative environment alongside a stay-at-home mom and
work-from-home dad. The position offers a blend of childcare and light household support and
begins this fall (with flexibility for the right fit).

Household Overview:
The children do not currently attend school, and the family is planning to homeschool during the
early years. Their 2.5-year-old son is potty trained, active, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
The family follows a clean lifestyle—no sugar, candy, or screen time—and places a strong
emphasis on healthy habits, creativity, and outdoor play.There are no pets or allergies in the home. Both parents are very present and engaged—mom is a
stay-at-home parent and dad works from home in a separate office. A car is required for the role,
though driving will be minimal and mostly local.
The family will be traveling internationally and domestically in 2026, including a summer trip to
Greece and possibly Italy and Florida. A valid passport and willingness to travel with the family
1–3 times per year is required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Childcare (Primary Focus):
Provide attentive, loving care for three children (including infant care and supervision of toddler play
Support early childhood learning through play-based and nature-based activities
Encourage healthy routines and positive discipline
Assist with naps, bottles, and diapering (newborn experience required)
Work alongside parents to maintain a calm, structured home environment
Household Support (Light Duties):
Tidy kitchen and clean up after meals/snacks
Prepare simple, healthy meals for the children
Clean and sanitize bottles
Assist with basic home organization
Run occasional local errands
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal nanny is calm, mature, and grounded—with strong infant experience, a background in
early education, and a kind but proactive approach. You should be confident navigating a home
with involved parents and multiple young children, and comfortable working as part of a team. A
love for nature, a commitment to screen-free play, and the ability to take initiative in both
childcare and light household tasks will make you a great match for this family.
Bonus Skills:
Strong swimmer (required)
Passport and willingness to travel
Background in Montessori or other early education philosophies
Interest in homeschooling or educational play
Qualifications:
3+ years of professional nanny experience (including infants and toddlers)
Early childhood education background strongly preferred
Legal work authorization in the U.S
Strong communication and time management skills
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Valid driver’s license and own car
