About the Family
A warm and welcoming family in Northwest Washington, D.C. is seeking a nurturing, attentive, and reliable nanny to care for their sweet 4.5-month-old daughter. Their baby girl is alert, strong, smiley, and beginning to become more aware of the world around her. She is currently working on sleep training and nap routines, enjoys toys and stimulation, and sleeps well overnight. She is exclusively breastfed at the moment, though the family is beginning to introduce a bottle and anticipates transitioning to a hybrid feeding approach once the nanny begins.
Mom works from home while Dad works from an office, and the family values a calm, collaborative, and communicative relationship with their nanny. They are hoping to find someone who brings a warm and loving presence into the home and who genuinely enjoys supporting infants through important early developmental stages. The ideal candidate is patient, engaged, and confident in caring for young infants while partnering closely with parents in a respectful and supportive manner.

They are seeking a nanny who is dependable, patient, warm, and highly attentive. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are important, as Mom will be working from home. Occasional weekend or date night support would be appreciated but is not required.
