Start Date: Mid-August (flexible through August 25)
Children: Two boys, ages 10 and 12
Compensation: $35–$38/hour, based on experience ($72,000-$79,000)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30am–6:30pm (flexible); 40 hours/week guaranteed
Benefits: 3 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses one week), 5 paid sick days, paid major holidays, and a $200/month healthcare stipend if needed

Household Dynamic:
This active, kind, and welcoming Weston family is seeking a full-time nanny to join their household and support the day-to-day flow of life with their two fun-loving and busy boys, ages 10 and 12. Both children are in school full-time and enjoy a wide range of sports including lacrosse, soccer, basketball, flag football, baseball, and golf.

Mom works from home part-time and commutes to the office the rest of the week; Dad travels frequently for work. The family is looking for a confident, upbeat nanny who can take initiative, keep things running smoothly at home, and build a strong, supportive relationship with the boys. A nanny car is provided for use on the job, and no travel or pet care is required.

Both boys have food allergies (peanut, tree nut, and soy), so comfort and confidence with EpiPens is essential.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is humorous, organized, and energetic—someone who can keep up with two active pre-teens and also bring structure, smart planning, and a calm, capable presence to the household. A natural multitasker with strong judgment, this nanny should be firm but fun, forward-thinking, and flexible. A Type A personality with warmth, reliability, and a sense of humor would thrive in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide after-school care and supervision for both boys

  • Drive children to and from school bus stops and after-school activities (nanny car provided)

  • Prepare healthy snacks and meals for the children

  • Run errands and assist with general family support tasks

  • Complete family laundry and light tidying of common areas

  • Maintain allergy safety and manage any related protocols confidently

  • Be a consistent, steady presence when parents are traveling or working from home

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of nanny experience with school-age children

  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start)

  • Strong organizational skills and good judgment

  • Confident, proactive, and dependable

  • Comfortable managing food allergies and using an EpiPen

  • Valid driver's license (no car needed—nanny car provided)

This is a wonderful role for a capable, engaging nanny who loves supporting school-aged kids and thrives in a well-run but dynamic household. If you're looking to join a respectful and kind family team long-term, we’d love to hear from you!
