A kind, welcoming family in Nashville is seeking a professional and proactive full-time nanny/household manager to support their home and care for their infant daughter. Child: 2-month-old baby girl

Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right fit)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible), 40–45 hours/week
Additional weekend hours available if desired, but never required

Compensation: $30–$40/hour, based on experience

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, paid major federal holidays, and a healthcare stipend if needed

Live-Out: This is a live-out role.

Household Dynamic:

This is a unique position that is approximately 70% household management and 30% childcare. The family’s newborn daughter is sweet and thriving, and the nanny will be joining the family during these early months of growth and development. Mom is often home and actively involved, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable working alongside a parent and adapting to a collaborative environment. The family has no pets, no dietary restrictions, and values a calm, supportive, and organized home.

They are seeking someone who is energetic yet gentle, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and enjoys being a helpful presence in both caregiving and managing the day-to-day flow of the household. Interest in occasional travel with the family (a few times per year) is required. A car is necessary for errands and occasional outings (mileage reimbursed).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide loving, developmentally appropriate care for the baby when needed

• Assist with feeding, diapering, and naps in coordination with the parents

• Prepare simple meals for the baby as she begins solids

• Light meal prep: chopping, washing, and cleaning up ingredients

• Prepare simple family meals as needed

• Light kitchen tidying and routine vacuuming

• Family laundry, changing bed linens, and general home organizing

• Manage occasional vendor appointments and deliveries

• Run household errands (groceries, dry cleaning, restocking supplies)

• Support occasional travel (domestic or international)
